1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You'll receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (where available)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods.

3. Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders are shipped in USD and fulfilled from our U.S.-based fulfillment partners.

4. International Shipping At this time, PrimeVault primarily serves customers in the United States. If you are located outside the U.S., please contact us before placing an order to confirm availability and shipping options.

5. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. PrimeVault is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
